RSW Jewellery – Privacy Policy

RSW Jewellery (“RSW”, “we”, “us”) provides jewellery browsing, ordering, reseller, partner and related business features through the RSW Jewellery website and Android application.

Information we collect

• Customer registration information such as name, mobile number and optional address.
• Information customers enter for orders, such as name, mobile number, delivery address and pincode.
• Payment proof images uploaded by customers when an order requires payment verification.
• Photos or images submitted through features that require image upload, such as product or return workflows.
• Customer account authentication information and technical information needed to operate authentication, notifications, security and app functionality.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, process and manage orders, provide referral/reward features, communicate order or offer notifications, provide customer support, prevent abuse and operate the RSW business platform.

Payments

RSW may display payment instructions and may request payment proof for verification. We do not request or store your bank password, UPI PIN or card PIN.

Data sharing

We use service providers such as Firebase/Google services for authentication, database, hosting, storage and notifications. We do not sell customer personal information.

Data retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate orders, accounts, rewards, support and legal/business records. Customers may request account/data deletion by contacting RSW through the support contact published in the app or website.

Security

We use Firebase authentication and access controls to protect application data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
